The battle with food was never really about food. The punishing exercise was never really about fitness. They were both expressions of the same underlying relationship — the one we have with ourselves. The judgment. The criticism. The exhaustion of trying so hard to be good, when what we were actually hungry for was simply to feel good.
And the healing — whether it comes through mindful eating, movement, or coaching — isn't really about food or movement either. It's about learning to relate to ourselves differently. With respect. With ease. With care. With the same kindness we've always found it easier to extend to everyone else.

1:1 coaching with me is a space unlike most you’ve encountered. There’s no programme to follow, no meal plan to stick to, no list of things you should be doing differently. Instead, there’s a genuine conversation — about what’s actually going on for you, what’s been getting in the way, and what a different way forward might look like.
It’s led entirely by you. I bring the questions, the presence, and 15 years of experience sitting with women in exactly the place you’re in. You bring the honesty. Together we figure out the rest

How It Works
We start with a discovery call.
Before anything else, we have a free 30-minute conversation — just the two of us, no obligation, no pressure. It’s a chance for you to get a feel for how I work, ask whatever you need to ask, and decide whether working together feels right. I’ll be honest with you if I don’t think I’m the right fit. That matters to me.
Then we begin.
Sessions are 60 minutes, held on Zoom, weekly or fortnightly depending on what works best for you. There’s no rigid structure — each session starts from where you are that day. Some sessions feel like breakthroughs. Some feel quieter and more reflective. Both are doing something important.
The pace is yours.
Cadence can shift over time as you progress. Some women start weekly and move to fortnightly as they find their footing. We review regularly and adjust as needed. This is your journey — not a fixed programme you have to keep up with.

For the woman who wants to explore. Maybe you’re not quite sure what coaching is, or whether it’s for you. Maybe you’ve been thinking about making a change but haven’t yet taken the step. Three sessions is enough to get a genuine sense of what this work feels like - and what starts to shift the you give it space.
Three sessions gives you a taste of this work - though most women find they want to continue.
Ready - £660
6 sessions
For the woman who knows it’s time. You’re not here to dip a toe in - you’re here because something needs to change and you are prepared to do the work. Six sessions is where real momentum builds. Patterns become visible. New ways of thinking and caring for yourself start to take root.
This is the most popular starting point.

The Discovery Call

The discovery call is free, informal, and completely without obligation. Thirty minutes to talk, get a feel for each other, and see whether this feels like the right fit. Most women tell me afterwards that it felt less like a sales conversation and more like the beginning of something.
If it feels right, we’ll talk about which package makes sense for where you are. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you — and if I can point you somewhere more useful, I will.
