Working Together

A supportive, practical approach to lasting change.

Many women feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice, diets, and plans.

My approach is calm, collaborative, and tailored to your life — helping you make changes that last.

All sessions are neuro-inclusive and trauma-informed, creating a safe, supportive space for your growth.

  • 1. Understand Your Patterns

Together we explore your relationship with food, uncover triggers, and understand what drives your eating habits.

    2. Build Awareness and Self-Trust

You learn to notice your choices, respond with compassion, and regain trust in your instincts.

    3. Create Practical, Lasting Habits

We focus on habits that fit your life — small, manageable, sustainable changes that make a real difference.

    4. Holistic Life Alignment

Coaching isn’t just about food. We look at your energy, your lifestyle, and your priorities to help you live fully and confidently.

  • Every client is different, so my coaching is designed to fit your preferences:

    • 1:1 Coaching: Focus entirely on your own priorities, with sessions tailored to your pace, needs, and goals.

    • Group Coaching: Small groups provide shared learning, connection, and accountability, while still allowing you to work on your personal goals.

    • Structured or Self-Directed: You can follow a structured program, or explore your own priorities at your own pace.

Structured programs can be done in-groups or 1-1. Your choice.

  • Some clients choose to combine coaching with mindful movement practices, such as Essentrics. These gentle, fluid movements help you tune into your body, notice its signals, and connect with your emotions, supporting the development of more intuitive eating patterns .

This is entirely optional and tailored to your needs — we integrate it only if it serves your needs and goals.

  • Clients often report:
    – Reduced anxiety around food
    – Easier, calmer eating decisions
    – Consistent, nourishing habits
    – Increased self-compassion and confidence
    – More energy to live their lives fully

Coaching that meets the whole of you

Many of the women I work with arrive because of struggles with food, eating, or their body.
As we work together, it often becomes clear that these patterns are connected to other parts of life.

Coaching can support you to build skills, understanding, and resilience in areas such as:

  • navigating the menopausal transition

  • rebuilding identity during or after transitions

  • working with perfectionism and harsh self-criticism

  • loosening people-pleasing patterns

  • emotional wellbeing

  • self-compassion

  • stress management

  • improving energy

  • consistent physical activity for health and wellbeing

If you come with a particular priority, we can absolutely focus there.

You’re welcome to explore more about each area by clicking on the hyperlinks and we can discuss together what feels most important for you.

Coaching Commitment

The women who come to me are not looking for advice or a quick strategy, but space — space to think clearly, to understand themselves more deeply, and to make changes that feel authentic and sustainable.

That is the work we do together.

I work in structured blocks. This gives our conversations continuity and allows change to build over time.

Coaching Options

Focused Reset – Three Sessions
£495
(usually used within eight weeks)

This is suitable if you have a specific issue you would like to address, or if you would prefer to begin with a shorter commitment.

Six-Session Coaching Block
£870
(typically over three to four months)

This allows us to explore patterns in more depth and begin embedding meaningful change.

Twelve-Session Coaching Programme
£1,680

For longer-standing or more complex areas, extended work provides steadiness and continuity.

Sessions are 60 minutes and take place online.

Between sessions, the work continues quietly in the way you reflect, notice and experiment in daily life. That integration is part of the process.

A note about fit

This approach works best if you are ready to look honestly at what is happening and to take an active role in change. You do not need to have everything figured out — only a willingness to begin.

If you are unsure which option would suit you, we can explore that in a free 30-minute conversation.

There is no obligation. Simply a chance to see whether this feels right.
