About

Helping women rebuild self-trust and find peace with food.

For many women, food can feel like a secret struggle. I’ve spent 15 years supporting women who are intelligent, capable, and yet feel caught in cycles of restrictive, overeating, mindless and emotional eating.

My work is about helping you understand and move beyond the patterns driving these struggles — without judgment or hype, and without quick fixes.

My Story

I am trained in mindful eating, health and wellbeing coaching, neurodiversity coaching, as well as being a movement Instructor. I’ve worked with women who have tried many diets and exercise plans, only to find themselves exhausted and disappointed.

My approach combines compassionate enquiry, practical habit-building support, and, if desired, mindful movement practices — helping you rebuild trust in yourself, your body, and your choices.

My Approach & Philosophy

Change isn’t about willpower or restriction — it’s about awareness, understanding, and building habits that support the life you want. You can choose to focus entirely on your own priorities, follow a structured programme, or blend coaching with movement.

In addition to individual coaching, I facilitate small-group programmes and reflective learning spaces on themes connected to midlife, food and resilience, amongst others.

My approach is neuro-inclusive and trauma-informed ensuring a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered as you explore habits, emotional patterns, and lifestyle choices.
