I offer a safe and supportive space for people who feel stuck in patterns of emotional, restrictive, or overeating. Together we can explore what’s driving those behaviours and work towards a new, kinder relationship with food — one rooted in self-awareness, acceptance, and compassion.
This is not a diet. It’s an invitation to reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom and to nourish yourself — physically and emotionally — with curiosity rather than judgment.

Mindful Eating Coaching can also be valuable for anyone who wants to develop a healthier, more balanced relationship with food. This includes people living with a chronic health condition that impacts their ability to enjoy food or requires them to change their eating habits to improve their symptoms or condition status. It is helpful for example for Pre-diabetes or Type 2 Diabetes, and for those considering or recovering from Bariatric Surgery.
