Delving far beyond the obvious advice of “eat less, exercise more,” Am I Hungry? Programmes focus on changing beliefs, thoughts, and feelings, so changes in behaviours will last. The non-diet, weight-neutral approach frees participants from the restrictive and consuming strategies offered in conventional workplace interventions and offers them a method for rediscovering their expert within. Live Programmes: delivered online & in person, via onsite workshops or online webinars
These engaging sessions are a combination of interactive discussions and thought-provoking activities delivered in conjunction with print materials and online support tools. Programme length and size are flexible but a 60-minute session once weekly for eight weeks with ten to thirty people works well for most organisations.
Mindful Eating Coaching: As a licensed Am I Hungry? Facilitator who is also a Certified Coach I can provide one-on-one coaching to support employees develop mindful eating and self-care skills for optimal health and wellbeing.
