This community guides, supports, and encourages you along your life-changing journey to freedom from the shackles of dieting, shame, and obsession with food – no matter where you are in the process.
Why have a Mindful Eating Support Community?
Mindful eating is a journey, not a destination so people need to know where to go when they need help resolving their eating challenges, no matter where they are along the process.
What will you get from being part of this Mindful Eating Support Community?
I appreciate that you are all in different places in this process so I want to offer three different levels to meet your specific needs (more on that in a moment). Depending on which level is right for where you are right now, you will have access to some, or all, of the following support tools:
Monthly Group Q&A Call
During our live one-hour group call, I answer your questions and help you sort through the challenges that keep you stuck. You can ask your questions live or send them to me in advance. You’ll also learn vicariously from the challenges other community members are facing.
Monthly Skill-Building Session
In addition to all of the essential topics that are already part of our Mindful Eating Program, I take a deep dive into a special topic each month. These sessions build your skills and help you deal with the challenges community members share, such as stress management, body acceptance, self-compassion, managing your emotions, and so on.
Private Support Community
You get access to a private Support Community with others who “get you” because they are struggling with similar issues. In addition to the wisdom and support you’ll receive from other Community members, I set aside time each day to read your posts and guide you through this process. Depending on the most convenient option for you, you can use the password protected Member Forum and/or our “secret” Mindful Eating Support Community Facebook group. For privacy, only those who are currently in the Community will be able to see and respond to your posts.
Individual Mindful Eating Coaching
Working one-on-one with a Mindful Eating Coach will accelerate your progress and help you apply the Am I Hungry? principles to transform your life. Depending on which Support Community Level you choose, you’ll get either two 50-minute sessions each month with Joanne, or 10% off any of my Coaching packages.
You’ll continue to have the Mindful Eating Virtual Coach, a private journal, inspirational emails, and other support tools at your fingertips!

Level 1 – Committed
Level 1 provides the highest level of support. This level is for you if you are committed to resolving your eating challenges and building a positive relationship with food and want the support of a personal Mindful Eating Coach to guide you through the process. In addition to everything included in Level 2, Level 1 features two private one-on-one coaching sessions with Joanne, an Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Coach, each month. BONUS 30-minute coaching session in your first month!
Level 2 – Connected
Level 2 is for you if you have already participated in an Am I Hungry? program (such as a Mindful Eating workshop, self-paced program) and want additional support as you expand your mindful eating skills. It provides a monthly group Q&A call with me to help you address your most difficult eating challenges, and a monthly skill-building webinar to help you deepen your understanding and application of your mindfulness skills.
Level 3 - Continuing
Level 3 is for you if you feel more confident and are looking for some light touch support as you maintain your mindful eating skills. Unlike Level 2, it does not include the mindful moment emails or the monthly Q&A call.
(Note: Levels 2 & 3 are not intended for people new to this approach! There are many essential skills taught in the Mindful Eating Program that are necessary prior to subscribing to either level. When you enrol, please state what program you participated in previously, including where and approximately when.)
All three levels provide you with a connection to others so you can practice your new skills in a supportive community.
*If you have never participated in an Am I Hungry? program an additional registration fee of £40 will be added - this will give you access to the Member Portal for the duration of your membership, as well as pdf versions of the program book ‘Eat What You Love Love What You Eat’ by Dr Michelle May, and a self-awareness workbook.
