In my early forties, with a great husband and three beautiful children, I set about trying to answer why it was I still felt there was an emptiness inside which just wouldn't go away, a feeling of potential yet untapped and contentment yet to be found. 

After years of reacting to and fulfilling other's needs and expectations I realised that I was knee deep in the mud of self-neglect.  Regular physical activity helped me get out of my rut, and with that came increased respect and appreciation for my body and a desire to treat it and myself with more consideration and care. At the same time I discovered health and wellness coaching, personal training, and a mindfulness-based, non-diet approach to optimal health and wellbeing - all of which I studied and became professionally qualified in.  It is a combination of lessons learned from my personal journey of healing and growth, coupled with my professional skills as a Coach, that I offer to all those who work with me. 

I am a certified Professional Health and Wellness Coach with six years coaching experience as well as a Weight Management Specialist and Personal Trainer. ​I am also a qualified Mindful Eating Workshop Facilitator and Coach for the innovative and powerful Am I Hungry?® programmes. This range of programmes people to take charge of their decisions about eating, physical activity, health and self-care.

I empower my clients to  discover their own, personalised  solutions and paths to sustainable health and wellbeing through increased self-awareness, self-compassion and self-belief. 

I offer bespoke 1-1 coaching as well as group coaching, and facilitate an intensive 8-week mindful eating course. 
In all of my work I encourage incremental mindset and  behaviour change around:
  • improved, balanced nutritional habits
  • increased physical activity
  • effective life management skills and 
  • the development of self-awareness and mindsets that support improved physical and emotional wellbeing
I am particularly attuned to coaching women 35 years+ on practising self-care and habit change. To date most of my clients have prioritised weight management, eating habits, physical activity and emotional wellbeing in their work with me.
