I have just completed a 9 week ‘Spring Clean’ programme with Joanne and I’m delighted with how much better I’m feeling. Like many people, the pandemic left me feeling sluggish and lacking in energy, and my mood was very low. The weekly sessions with Joanne helped me to identify the areas in my life that needed attention and together we worked through various strategies to try to improve things.
