I encourage a non-diet, non-weight focused approach to developing constructive and affirming relationships with eating, exercise, body image and self-acceptance.
There are two pathways to choose from.
I can support you through a personal health & wellness coaching approach.
If you prefer a more structured format, we can follow an Am I Hungry?® programme, either 1-1 or as part of a support group.
