How do you make a life of meaning and purpose for yourself in new and foreign lands, be it for one year or ten?

For most of my life I have lived as an expatriate - as a 'third culture kid', an anthropologist, wife of a diplomat and mother of three 'third culture kids'. I have first hand experience of similar challenges to those you face.

As a health and wellness coach I also have the professional training, skills and experience to guide, support and empower you so that you can:
  • deal with feelings of frustration, resentment and loneliness
  • find purpose and meaning for yourself 
  • make the most of the unique opportunities and experiences that expatriate living can offer
  • prioritise self-care practices so that you have the energy, resilience and mindset to fulfil your responsibilities and meet your own needs and pursue your own interests 
  • thrive instead of just 'survive' expatriate life
  • flourish emotionally, mentally and physically 
  • live a fulfilling and balanced life no matter where in the world you end up 
I am particularly attuned to working with women who accompany their working partners to live abroad.
