Perhaps you have read Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat or participated in one of my Mindful Eating Programmes.

  • Coaching you through the programme will help you to personalise all aspects of Am I Hungry? to meet your individual needs. Step-by-step, we will target those areas you struggle with and work through them together. You’ll discover the barriers that are keeping you from total health and wellness and explore the solutions that will help you overcome them.
  • We will agree on a time that works best for us. Meetings will either take place over the phone/internet or face-to-face, depending on your preference, location, schedule, and convenience. Coaching sessions are usually 50 minutes. For best results, it is highly recommended that a coaching commitment consist of weekly sessions for approximately 12 sessions in order to allow the process of transformation to take place.
  • In order to accomplish what you desire, you must be willing to invest your whole self in reaching your goals. It is an important commitment-and reaps great rewards!​
