Join Joanne and others on a journey of self-discovery, self-compassion and self-care. Using the Am I Hungry? curriculum from Dr. Michelle May, this course guides you through you a simple, sustainable process for changing the way you think about and relate to food.
*The price includes a participant license fee of £32 which includes a hard copy of the program book Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat: A Mindful Eating Program to Break Your Eat-Repent-Repeat Cycle, a Mindful Eating Workbook and Awareness Journal to personalise your journey, access to an online Participant Portal as well as Daily Mindful Moment emails and Weekly Workshop email summaries.
